What are your current lead times?
Lead time depends on the vendor. Upholstery pieces currently have a lead time of 8-12 weeks.
What is the difference between your furniture frames and competitors' frames?
Our furniture is all American made. Frames are solid wood and the legs are part of the frame. Other lines may have engineered wood frames with removable legs for ease of transportation.
Do you charge a fee for your design services?
If we need to come to your home to do a design consultation, we charge a reasonable fee for an hourly consultation. Fees are partially credited back to the client upon purchase.
Do you have performance fabrics, and are they stain resistant?
Yes, Saybrook Home has Crypton brand fabric - a fantastic stain-resistant material. We also offer InsideOut brand, which is both stain and fade resistant.
