Shannon Martin joins our Cheshire team, bringing a wealth of knowledge after previously being in the Glastonbury showroom. She attended High Point University in High Point, NC, the furniture capital of the world, and graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. During her time in college, she held seasonal positions with different vendors at each furniture market, assisting with the furniture-buying process. During the summer months between her college years, she served as a design assistant intern at a Stamford, CT based design firm, working on high-end, large-scale residential projects.
Shannon believes that simplicity carried to an extreme becomes elegance, and she carries that philosophy into her design. She understands the importance of a tranquil and captivating home to be proud of and display. Shannon’s goal is to understand the lifestyle of a client's family to ensure the designs presented are not only unique but also practical.

Saybrook Home in Glastonbury has the most amazing pieces to furnish your home! On top of that, their staff is extremely friendly and accommodating of kids shopping with you- we felt very comfortable in the store.
