What if I told you that there's a simple way to encourage your guests to gather where you need them to? With a few simple tweaks to the design of your space, and some intentionality behind the way you serve your food, this hospitality pain-point can be resolved with ease. In this workshop Kayty, Hospitality educator, will teach how to create a guide for your hospitality flow by demonstrating how to plan where you need your guests to gather and how to get them there. Through the use of creative spaces like console tables, coffee tables, buffet tables and kitchen islands attendees will learn how use unconventional surfaces to create serving stations in a styled and purposeful way.
