Have you ever walked into a store and felt like you just found some new friends? Well welcome to Saybrook Home!!
I popped in today, being referred there for the brand Frank & Eileen. Immediately, I was greeted and assured they did indeed carry Frank & Eileen and even had quite a bit on sale 40% off! OOOOOOOH!! After venturing through the sale rack and having all my items graciously placed in a dressing room, I continue to pop around the store, all the while chatting with the buyer, Donna. What a delight she is but everyone there, clearly enjoys their job. They all seemed to be chatting with me and one another and having a wonderful time.

I was fortunate to find several items (too many 🤪) and although some items were not in stock in my size, I was delighted to receive a text shortly after I left, that they ordered them for me and would let me know when they arrived in store. What a great surprise! It saved me so much time from having to hunt them down myself.
Not only did they provide such amiable support , but as I inquired about a pair of Rag n Bone jeans, she said she thought they were getting them in and would be happy to hold the jeans for me. But to my surprise, I popped back in an hour later to look at rugs upstairs (yes, they have everything there) my salesperson, Lacey, had run downstairs knowing they had just received shipment- well Lacey already had them hanging on a hanger, in my size, just waiting for me!! Well those went home with me as well!
I can’t say enough about what an incredible time I had with all the lovely ladies. Truly amazing selection and a team of intelligent women all ready to help you find just the right thing for any occasion!
